So, the day started as usual.
I woke up, and stayed a while in bed, before I walked out from the bed to dress myself.
I didn't wanted to get up, I wanted to stay... and think.
But what will I think about? I don't have anything specific subject to think.
However, I prepared myself to get up.
I walked to my wardrobe, picked a pair of grey pants, a white t-shirt and a black vest.
After a while, I found myself in the bathroom. I stared at myself in the mirror, thinking.
"How the heck can people see something interesting at me..." I sighed, and continued.
"But... whenever I start to talk...they'll loose their interest..." you could see the pain in my eyes.
Yuu was right, I'm afraid of people that will think bad about me.
What can I do? I can't change myself that easily, that's a matter of fact.
After thinking to myself, and brushed my teeth, I walked directly to the kitchen.
My breakfast wasn't the best, but I didn't care so much.
I took a cup of coffee, and a slice of bread. That was my breakfast.
Well, off to my work then.
I can't say so much of my job, because it's not that interesting.
The only thing I'll do in my job is... write.
Yeah, my work is that simple. I write, as a writer.
I'm not that famous, but my income is good enough to live with.
You probably wondering what kind of writer I am.
I would love to tell you. I write novels.
Any specific genre? Well, yes... Thrillers.
It's time for lunch. I don't have anyone to eat lunch with, but I'm fine being all alone, eating for myself.
I'll go to a italian restaurant today. I just want to eat something simple, like a salad.
I've barely touched my food, the only thing I've done is drinking my glass of water.
A woman is sitting a on a table near mine. I can see her watching me, almost trying to get my attention desperately.
Maybe I forgot to say this, but I'm used to get stared at by both women and men. I often get hit on during evenings, whenever I'm out for a walk or when I'm sitting in the bar.
So, I'm kind of used to it.
The woman, who was watching me. I could see her gathering her stuff. She glanced at me, sometimes. I looked at her, while I took a sip of my glass. She walked to me, almost shyly. Then she stopped beside my table, giving me a small note.
I pretended to look surprised at her, she smiled and said "Bye!" to me, then she walked away. I looked at the note. It stood "Call me", and then a saw a phone number on it. I knew something like that would happen. I took the note and putted it in my pocket, not that I want to call her. I just didn't want to seem unkind.
So, my lunch was like the usual. Boring...
I went back to work again. Hopefully, I will finish my work soon, and go home.
I took off all of my clothes, and walked in to the shower. I let the water hit my exhausted body. I was tired, but wanted to take a shower before I take a nap.
The water was so warm, I could feel my feet get this uncomfortable lurch when they're too cold to handle the warmth. I washed my body and hair quickly, and got out from the shower.
It took a while to dry my hair, and I was too lazy to put on some clothes, except for my underwear's. I laid down on my couch with my grey/black robe, feeling my eyes shut slowly.
It was almost nine o' clock, and I decided to go out to the bar.
My outfit for the evening, was slim black jeans with a black/white striped t-shirt. I putted a black scarf around my neck, and a black coat on myself.
Now, I was ready to go out...
On the way to a random bar, I could feel eyes stare at me. People were looking at me, trying to flirt with me. Some actually stopped and said "Hi". But I just continued to walk, and pretend like nothing had happen.
When I walked in, I could feel the scent of smoke and alcohol. The bar was dark, filled with smoke from the cigarettes that people had smoked.
I sat next to the bar, and I sighed. I let my head lay on my hands, on the bar-table. I started to think.
"Do you want something?" the bartender asked me, and I looked at him surprised. He had blonde hair, you could see that he had dyed it like that, and he had a strange band on his face covering his nose.
I stared at him a while, I didn't knew if he asked me or someone else.
Then he leaned closer to me, looked me in the eyes.
"I was asking you, dear. Do you want something?" he asked me again.
I blushed slightly and stretched my back.
"I'll take white wine."
"You want a special brand?"
"Which brands do you have?"
"Oh, we have Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc."
"I'll take Chardonnay then."
He gave me a glass of Chardonnay, and I took a small sip from it. Then I continued to sigh and think.
After a while, you could hear a big slam from the door. I was one of them who didn't care to look who that person was. But I could hear and see in the corner of my eye, that he took the seat next to mine.
He was a bit short, and had black clothes. He hid his hair with the hood of his sweater. He wore big sunglasses, and had a cigarette in his mouth. Then he suddenly groaned loudly, and looked at the bartender.
"Give me the usual! I just had a shitty day!"
"This is not a usual thing in my boring life, there's something special about this. This person is... interesting." I thought for myself.
